After 28 years, Greek-Nigerian NBA superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo finally returns to his homeland of Nigeria. In partnership with WhatsApp, we had the incredible opportunity to join Giannis on his homecoming journey— with the responsibility to amplify a message that rings true to so many in the diaspora community.
This is a documentary about discovering where our stories started, reconnecting with our heritage to gain a deeper understanding of who we are, and a reminder to call our parents back.
